  • Delivered 18 high-complexity digital and operational projects, improving productivity, KPI visibility and cross-department collaboration through custom applications, workflows and reporting for needs not met by core enterprise systems.
  • Governed technology workstreams within programmes exceeding SAR 1 billion — aligning infrastructure readiness, vendor scope, risk, investment and executive reporting.
  • Improved application performance by 30% and reduced downtime by 25% by migrating business application access to Citrix and modernising cloud delivery.
  • Grew Medlog 2 registered users from 145 to 804 and cut gate transaction time from 5–7 minutes to 20 seconds via the appointment platform, improved booking logic and adoption.
  • Reduced annual IT costs by 10% through vendor renegotiation, licensing optimisation and SLA / service-performance governance.
